| In 2006 I started
a new venture using a redundant 19th century washing mangle producing
limited edition fine art prints and cards. I work from a small studio
at my home.
I like to experiment
using mixed media and printmaking techniques. Inspiration comes
from diverse sources. Old photographs and family history provide
an emotive response to a memory. My
paintings are about a sense of place. I find inspiration in the
beautiful Northumbrian landscape and at present I am working on
a series of paintings about the Roman Wall.
